 Well this is easy just click on the left icon and you are ready to start using apps and web browsing . Just by moving your mouse on the items in the bar you can go to different places like apps , computer , history & leave (very basic) just  by right clicking on any application a menu will pop up and  you can choose to put it on favorites or move it some where else .
