For adding a pod cast you just mark the box of the pod cast you have desired to listen to and now click add , depending on how many seasons and episodes it has and your Internet connection it will take (for a big pod cast ) about an 1 hour or 30 minutes , (for a small pod cast ) 40 second or sometimes 10 seconds
